LOVE SUGAR & COOKIE was written by Susan Marie Chapman and is a true story. Susan uses photographs of her two Pomeranians, Sugar, and Cookie, who happen to be twin sisters, to tell the story. The second Sugar and Cookie book is called; The Day Cookie Was Lost. This book takes us into the world of Cookie and how scary it is to be separated from your family. Susan has also written a book series, which is now a seven book series called-Grumpy the iguana and Green Parrot Adventure) Book one is about an Iguana that had a routine and followed that routine every day. One day something happened to the iguana that disrupted his routine and he became grumpy. Susan would see this iguana in the park when she would go to exercise. She noticed his daily routine and she witnessed what happened to Grumpy that caused him so much anxiety. Hence, Grumpy was born. Chapman is originally from Pennsylvania. She grew up on a farm with many diﬀerent animals and a huge vegetable garden. She is the eldest of eight children. She attended colleges in Pennsylvania. She has a BA in Economics from Wilkes University, an Associate Degree in Business Administration from the Business School of Widener University, and a Certification in Home Design from Philadelphia University. After college, Susan met and married her husband, the late Michael Douglas Chapman. Susan and Michael have two amazing children together, Michael Jr. and Avery Alanna. Susan now resides in Miami Beach Florida with her two fur babies, Sugar and Cookie.
